Refund policy

We do not offer returns on any items.  All sales are final. 

We offer exchanges within 14 calendar days of purchase for items deemed defective.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@thegonerogueboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Exchaneg Iitem will be sent upon receipt of the defective item at the seller's cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
A refund may be offered in the event that an order came through for an item that was out of stock and will not be restocked.  Otherwise we do not accept returns/ exchanges on any items.  Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns/ exchanges on gift cards.

Exchanges
We allow exchanges only for defective items within the 14 days of purchase window.  Other items are not eligible for exchange.

Refunds
We do not process refunds for any items.  In the event that a mistake was made on our part or that an exchange item is unable to be obtained, a refund will be made.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
